A healthy mind in a healthy body.
We care about employee well-being through sports activities, organized exercise programs, health-promotion workshops, safe and healthy working conditions, and support for balancing professional and personal life.
What we do not promise:
Being left on your own.
Changing work environments, responsibilities, and work methods can be stressful, which is why we have prepared a detailed onboarding plan under the guidance of a carefully selected professional mentor. Being unnoticed or having others take credit for your work.
You will become an important link in the final product quality assurance team, where colleagues rely on each other, support one another, and collaborate closely. This is a small but strongly connected team that does not tolerate laziness or avoiding responsibilities.
Outdated technology or professional stagnation.
We continuously invest in state-of-the-art technology, digital progress, and the professional expertise of our employees.
An overwhelming amount of responsibility leading to burnout.
We understand that mental pressure and burnout are among the greatest threats to a successful company. That is why we actively maintain the right balance, motivation, and well-being of our employees.
