Key tasks and responsibilities:

• performing facility maintenance and caretaker duties in company buildings and company-owned apartments,
• maintaining bathrooms, lockers, and other facilities,
• maintaining green areas and surroundings, including seasonal tasks (mowing, snow removal, ice prevention, etc.),
• carrying out minor repairs, renovation, and carpentry work,
• assisting with maintenance, investment projects, and overhauls.

What we expect from candidates:

• technical skills and manual dexterity,
• independence, responsibility, and precision at work,
• willingness to perform diverse tasks,
• ability to work effectively as part of a team,
• previous experience in maintenance, caretaker, or carpentry work is an advantage.
