We are looking for a motivated and well-organized person to join our batch preparation team, someone who thrives in teamwork and recognizes leadership potential within themselves. What will your responsibilities be?

• organizing, coordinating, and supervising work related to glass batch preparation,
• preparing glass mixtures according to prescribed recipes,
• monitoring the transport of mixtures, raw materials, and cullet,
• handling the storage and unloading of raw materials into silos and emptying tankers,
• performing minor maintenance and repair work,
• assisting with shunting operations on the industrial railway track,
• communicating with the railway station regarding wagon and tanker movements,
• preparing glass samples for laboratory analysis,
• mentoring, training, and supporting the professional development of co-workers,
• responding to unforeseen situations and ensuring uninterrupted workflow,
• maintaining records and preparing reports,
• cooperating with other organizational units and external contractors,
• ensuring safe, high-quality, and compliant execution of work processes,
• maintaining cleanliness, order, and organization of the work environment.

What are our expectations?

• IV–V level of education (vocational secondary education or secondary technical/general education in a technical or other relevant field),
• previous experience in a production environment is an advantage,
• independence, proactivity, commitment, accuracy, resourcefulness, and teamwork orientation,
• leadership potential and strong organizational skills,
• decisiveness, responsibility, and analytical thinking,
• computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel); knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage but is not required,
• willingness to work in a 4-shift schedule.
