Stefano Romoli appointed as Chief Sales Officer of Vaider Group

Hrastnik, December 16 2025 – We are delighted to welcome Stefano Romoli, who will take on the role of Chief Sales Officer (CSO) from January 2026.

Stefano brings more than 25 years of international commercial leadership experience in the food and beverage packaging industry, with a strong focus on glass packaging and premium closures. Throughout his career, he has successfully designed and executed mid- to long-term commercial strategies, led complex international sales organisations, and driven sustainable growth across Europe, the US, Central America, and former CIS markets.

Before joining Vaider Group, Stefano held senior leadership roles at Guala Closures Prestige, Verallia, and Vetreria Etrusca, where he led global commercial divisions and international sales teams, strengthened relationships with major international key accounts, and built and optimised international commercial structures and go-to-market strategies.

With his strong analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making, and deep understanding of global customers, Stefano will play a key role in further strengthening Vaider Group’s commercial strategy, customer partnerships, and international growth ambitions.
