We are looking for a precise, reliable, and responsible individual to fill the position of Forklift Operator. Someone who places a high priority on workplace safety while also enjoying dynamic work.

Steklarna Hrastnik has the right opportunity for you in Logistics – Inbound and Outbound Warehouse.

What will your tasks and responsibilities be?

• Operating a forklift for loading, unloading, transporting, and storing pallets, including basic forklift maintenance

• Physically inspecting incoming and outgoing trucks and ensuring optimal use of warehouse space

• Recording issued pallets and resolving internal transport damage

• Supplying departments with pallets, packaging, and semi-finished products, and removing waste materials

• Assisting with automated transport systems (roller conveyors, lifts, etc.), refilling hoppers and roller lines with packaging and other input materials

• Operating and performing basic maintenance on pallet-wrapping machines, resolving faults in automated processes, and responding to alarms on the wrapping line

• Maintaining cleanliness of warehouse areas and the recycling zone; removing glass shards, waste packaging, and film from the production hall

• Participating in inventories and projects, and communicating with internal departments and external contractors

What profile are we looking for?

• Completed vocational secondary education in a technical field; a lower level of education is also acceptable with several years of experience in a comparable position

• Valid forklift operator license

• Precision, diligence, reliability, and strong team orientation

• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications

• Knowledge of the SAP ERP system is an advantage
