What will your tasks and responsibilities be?

Independent execution of operational tasks within a specific area of accounting and finance
-
Performing internal controls and activities in compliance with legislation and internal regulations, and reporting on completed work

Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, as well as involvement in the annual audit
What do we expect from you?

A Level VI qualification in economics, accounting, or a related field, or at least a Level V qualification combined with proven work experience in accounting

Independent monthly payroll processing, including salaries, compensations, and other personal income, in compliance with legislation, internal policies, and collective agreements

Knowledge of legislation related to payroll, personal income, taxes, and social contributions (Employment Relationships Act, Pension and Disability Insurance Act, Tax Procedure Act, Personal Income Tax Act, etc.)

Proficiency in SAP, Špica, MS Excel, and other MS Office tools

Proficiency in English

Accuracy, responsibility, reliability, and a genuine enjoyment of working with numbers

A high level of personal integrity when handling sensitive data

Well-developed communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
