We are looking for an analytical, digitally savvy, proactive and team oriented person to join our team. The primary focus is to increase efficiency through data-driven decisions.

What will be your duties and responsibilities?

Collection of data from production and ERP systems (MES, ERP, SAP, Sales Force, Scada, etc.).
Structuring and classification of data for further processing.
Designing data storage solutions deploying advance systems like MS Azure
Identification of opportunities for optimization of production and other business sand organizational processes.
Participation in projects for the implementation of business process improvements.
Develop interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI.
Monitoring of key performance indicators (OEE, productivity, Inventory, planning, etc.).
Participation in optimization projects in production, IT, Finance, Quality, etc.
Engage with external partners to implementation and know how transfer
Preparation of analytical reports and suggestions for improvements.
Monitor data quality and the introduction of data standards.

We expect:

Level VI/VII of education (computer science, statistics, finance, technical sciences or related).
Experience with data analysis in a production environment.
Advanced knowledge of Power BI (DAX, Power Query).
Advanced SAP knowledge.
Understanding of production processes and productivity indicators.
Knowledge of databases (SQL) and basics of programming (e.g. Python, R).
Ability to work independently and collaborate in teams, analytical thinking and accuracy.
Proficiency in project management tools, coordination of multifunctional teams.

Desired:

Experience with MES/ERP System, preferably SAP
Experience with data storage solutions MS Azure
Knowledge of efficiency analysis methods (Lean, Six Sigma).
