Your tasks and responsibilities

Managing new product development projects in line with customer requirements
Coordinating customers’ technical requirements throughout the sales process
Internal coordination of new product development with other departments
Ensuring optimisation of new product development processes
Improving the speed of new product launches to the market
Coordinating technical adjustments between customers and development/production to increase cost efficiency of existing products
Preparing short-term and long-term development proposal visions in cooperation with sales and development teams
Participating in the design of new products and feasibility studies
Communication with customers and internal coordination with parallel departments
Teamwork

Our expectations

Completed Level VI education (or equivalent)
Experience in project management
Experience in product development
Fluent English (knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage)
Excellent and confident negotiation and presentation skills
Strong ability to effectively plan and manage time
Advanced use of MS Office tools; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Responsibility, responsiveness, goal orientation, and self-initiative
