EXPO 2020 Dubai – Water theme week

Water is the most valuable liquid and as such deserves to be treated with extreme care. Glass packaging is the most sustainable and safe packaging – so clean water deserves nothing less than high-quality and sustainable glass packaging.

At EXPO 2020 Dubai, and the thematic week dedicated to water, we will present the latest information on the benefits of glass. What storing water in a glass bottle means to protect health and the environment, how to best preserve the superior properties and taste of water and how all this can be accessed in aesthetically pleasing glass packaging, that can be upgraded to a Smart Solution glass bottle.

Onward we will premiere a project that raises this awareness globally. 2022 is declared the International Year of Glass by the UN General Assembly so, in cooperation with our strategic partner, Rotary Slovenia, we will present an outstanding international project GlassyClassy.eco

The conclusion will be an interactive session about water resources and the diversity of water categories with a comparative analysis of Slovenian and worldwide branded bottled waters presented by Slovenian Arab Business Council and Water Sommelier.

The event will be held on Friday, 25 March 2022 at the Slovenian National pavilion at EXPO 2020 Dubai, Sustainability district.
