This premium drinking water is sourced from natural springs rich in essential minerals, making it suitable for long-term consumption. Naturally light and alkaline, it contains beneficial levels of potassium, calcium, sodium, magnesium and silicic acid.
Founded in 1996, Nongfu Spring is China’s largest bottled water supplier, holding the leading market share and ranking among the country’s top 20 beverage companies. Since its establishment, the company has remained true to its philosophy of “natural and healthy” by never using tap water or adding artificial minerals. To guarantee a consistent supply of high-quality natural water, Nongfu Spring has strategically secured ten scarce, premium water sources across China. Designed to echo lines of a water droplet
“The shape of the bottle was designed to echo the soft, elegant lines of a water droplet, while the collaboration with one of the world’s finest glass manufacturers highlights the purity and clarity of the product,” explains Sarah Pidgeon, Creative Partner at Horse Design Studio.
Part of the Hrastnik1860 collection, the bottle immediately caught the attention of Nongfu Spring’s owners and went on to become an exclusive piece in their portfolio.
Created for high-end restaurants, bars and hotels, the bottles showcase eight different plant and animal species native to Moya Spring, at the foot of Changbai Mountain. The screen-printed illustrations pay tribute to this pristine source by featuring indigenous species such as the Siberian tiger and Chinese merganser, accompanied by Chinese text sharing insights about the region. Prestigiously, this water bottle was also served at the G7 meeting in China.
