The Steklarna Hrastnik attractive employer project has not gone unnoticed by HR experts.
Our project entitled WORKING TOGETHER FOR NEW STORIES, which was intended to place Steklarna Hrastnik among the attractive employers, has been selected as a TOP finalist! Ivan Papič, the Director of Human Resources and General Affairs, talked about the project at yesterday’s 2019 HR&M Conference in Ljubljana. His presentation, which did not fail to impress the audience, was followed by the award ceremony.
We are proud to have been recognised as one of the two TOP finalists among the large companies and to have received an award for our efforts. The project demonstrates that we are taking the right steps, doing good work, offering a lot and thinking creatively. We have shown how we take care of the dedication, motivation, satisfaction, well-being and health of our employees. Our main priority is personal and career development.
